Thinking about trying a triathlon? This is where you start.

Join Team Migrate for a beginner-friendly introduction to swimming, biking, running and putting all three together.

We'll walk through how triathlon works, what equipment you actually need, how to choose your first event, what training looks like, and the things most first-time triathletes wish somebody had explained before they started.

This session is designed for people with little or no triathlon experience. You don't need to be a Team Migrate athlete, and you don't need to sign up for a training program.

Come with questions. Leave knowing exactly what your first step should be.
